She graduated from Ball State University and is an active member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated where she engaged in meaningful service and community initiatives. In her spare time, Shanell enjoys spending time with friends and family and exploring the vibrant city of Chicago.

Sharita “Rita” Knox

Rita is the executive assistant to Attorney Matthews. She is an experienced administrator and coordinator who takes great pleasure in interacting with our clients and potential new clients. She is a graduate of Columbia College in Chicago, IL.

Tiffany Blair-Headly

Tiffany is a dedicated and paralegal professional with over 27 years of experience. She is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Illinois Chicago. She enjoys assisting clients, organizing complex legal information and preparing for trials. Tiffany is a wife and an avid sports mom. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.
