You will leave with the satisfaction and peace of mind in having a complete estate plan that is fully-effective and intended to protect your property in accordance with your wishes, which will include:
a Last Will & Testament;
a Transfer on Death Instrument;
a Durable Power of Attorney; and
a Power of Attorney for Healthcare.
Notary public officials will be on-site to notarize documents and Sable Law Group will record your deeds with the appropriate county records department.
